The present website https://gaitis-simossi-museum.org/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is property of the Civic Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) under the proprietary name GAÏTIS – SIMOSSI MUSEUM NPO, trading as the Gaïtis – Simossi Museum (hereinafter referred to as the “Museum”), based in the Municipality of Ios, Cyclades (Postal Code 84 001), with Tax Identification Number 997268501, subject to the Corporation Tax Office of Thira, with General Commercial Register number 141239038000. Use of the “Website” is subject to the following terms:

1) Unless otherwise expressly stated (copyrights of third parties, partners, and entities), the “Website” includes content that is the intellectual property of the “Museum.” This content includes, but is not limited to, texts, images, photographs, drawings, graphics, videos, software applications, and services provided.
